In 1996-2002, two graduate programs, a Master of Business Administration in business administration and a Master of Business Administration in agriculture business and food industry management, were introduced. Therefore, there were four programs at the end of this phase. In 1997, not only for the Faculty of Agricultural Technology but also for the Department of Languages and Social Science, the Faculty of Industrial Education developed a graduate program in business and management studies, namely a Master of Science in industrial management science.

The College is responsible for providing the learning and teaching, researching, and academic services in business and management, as well as promoting arts and culture. AMC adjusted their existing programs into three levels of education: three majors in Bachelor of Business Administration (i.e. industrial management, technology management, and agribusiness management), a master's degree, and a PhD in business administration.
Phase 3 (2016-2019) Phase 3 marks a significant development in the institution's growth. It relates to establishing the Faculty of Administration and Management (FAM), which has three departments and one academic service centre in business that provides to social stakeholders.
